2 = Customer Support for Accounting programs

The customer support is the main contact with customers in implementation, testing, debugging, training. Through the ticketing system, phone, e-mail, and meetings, the customer support person should be able to understand the issue, conduct troubleshooting, give product orientation, resolve financial and pricing issues, and redirect issues to the proper technical personnel.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Respond to customer requests and follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.

- Provide customers with product and service information.

- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues.

- Complete call logs and reports.

- Recommend process improvements.

- Provides advanced technical assistance, support, and troubleshooting in the resolution of system communications

failures and conflicts.

- Maintains a broad knowledge of state-of-the- art technology, equipment, and systems; participates in professional

development activities as appropriate.

- Recording of information on the technical support database.

- Analysis of information on the technical support database.

- Any other tasks required by the management.

Technically proficient in application development

Desired Profile

Hands on experience with integrated web-based open source ERP (enterprise management system)- OpenERP or any similar ERP

Expertise on Sales,Accounting, warehouse domain of OpenERP

Exposure of all phases of software development life cycle from requirement analysis to implementation including testing

Experience with Python

Experience with MVC Architecture

Working Knowledge in analysis and designing of database, normalization of tables, SQL and PL/SQL and/ or Oracle

5 = PHP Developer

- Research, design, implement innovative software solutions and deliver projects on-time and to specification with high level of quality.

- Develop unit tests and work with Quality Control members on solving the defects.

- Investigate new technologies and constantly update his/her technical knowledge and skills.

- Construct design documents and documentation to aid maintenance and code reuse.

Skills

- Bachelor’ s degree in Computer Science or recognized equivalent in work experience

-Good Knowledge of Open Source application ( joomla, Drupal, WordPress, moodle)

- experience in CRM managing and monitoring is highly preferred

- Must have experience in web development and database design

- Knowledge of Linux Based Systems is preferred
