PROJECT ACCOUNTANT

Required for a construction company in KSA

Title: PROJECT ACCOUNTANT

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy/Finance in a recognized University or its equivalent

• Background in Project Accountant

• Minimum of 5 years work experience as Accountant

• Preferably has good experience in the field of constructions

• Responsible for all operational areas of accounting or Finance.

• Good knowledge in Billing, Pricing and Revenue accounting.

• Taking care of all receivables and payables accounts,

• Good analytical skills in analyzing financial information, detailing assets, liabilities and Capital.

• Prepare balance sheet, income & financial statements, profit & loss statement and other report to summarize current financial position.

• Ensure the implementation of Audit recommendations.

• Responsible of Suppliers payment, stock reconciliation and other activities.

• Good knowledge in preparing short, medium and long term budgets. To interact with bank for day to day activities. To supervise the juniors and guide them whenever they needed.

• Good knowledge in any Computer Software program such as; Oracle, ERP, SAP, BaaN, etc.

• Very good in communication skills both in oral & written.
