Operations Planning Engineer
Reliance Mining is one of the leading providers of mining services and products in Egypt, with a newly and widely global scope to be the first leader in the market.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Set full set of Operational Plans for Operations departments (Both Production and Logistics).
* Gives an aid to Logistics Maintenance Department and Heavy Equipment department in their planning, and become the link between Maintenance and Operations departments.
* Review on daily basis performance and comparing against planned and set standards
* Aids Production and Logistics supervisors/managers in improving process to increase efficiency using common process improvement techniques, such as Six Sigma, Lean production and Toyota Management System.
* Compare actual costs to planned ones.
Qualifications and KSA’s required:
* Needs good planning and management skills to seamlessly execute plans.
* Solid leadership and motivational abilities, along with strong organizational and communicational skills (both verbal and written).
* Proficient in MS Office applications.
* Very good analytical skills.
* Bachelor degree in Engineering / Science is highly preferable.
* Very good knowledge of English language.
* Organized and able to work under stress.
* PMP – Six Sigma Certifications are most welcomed.
* Good knowledge about Primavera, Microsoft project, Google Apps for business.
* 5 years or more of solid experience in the field.
* Work Location: Cairo / Down Town.
