Organizing & coordinating conferences meetings. - Receiving and distributing all incoming correspondences and mails. Following up the actions taken on these correspondences. - Undertaking variety of administrative tasks without supervision - Assist the manager in the daily works. - Organize manager times and documents. - Prepare the meeting. - Maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and public.
- Flexible, work well with team. - Ability to work under pressure. - Presentable in dealing with people and telephone calls.

experience:3 -5 years
Ability to communicate effectively with others. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to receive and work on constructive feedback. Good interpersonal skills and the willingness to accept challenges and responsibility.
