Job Description


Responsible for:

• Administrative support to ensure that retail operation is maintained effectively and accurately.

• Ensuring high level data quality for easy referencing.

• Presenting our services to the potential clients.

• Maintenance for the clients’ accounts and update them with the new offers.

• Technical support and resolving clients’ Problems.

• Dealing with stressed clients.


Skills


- Very good in English.

- Strong verbal communication skills

- Bachelor degree


- Problem Solving Skills
