A major telecommunication company seeks a "Compensation Manager" preferably from a telecommunication background.

Job description in brief:" Responsible for handling all compensation operations with regards to different pay elements. Developing current policies. Designing new plans for variable pay to sales and non-sales staff. Developing new and enhancing current LTI plans. Supervising compensation team to successfully achieve department's objectives".
