Admin Assistant

Need urgently for a Company Located in Heliopolis

“Admin Assistant”

- Maintain secretarial office related tasks, company records, customer requests, personnel files and offers preparations.

-Handling incoming and outgoing calls of the company and the director

-Writing outgoing letter or replies and follow-up on their delivery

-Writing internal memorandums and responsible for contacts with other departments

-Maintain Company calendar of events

-Maintain Company director calendar of meetings and deadlines

-Maintain Company records [i.e: Minutes, deadlines..etc. ]

-Maintain Company records and files: Filling incoming and outgoing correspondents

-Deliver departments’ activities reports

-Deliver weekly customer reports [ i.e: Requests…etc.]
