Account Executive (Client Service department)

Job Title:
- Account Executive  (Client Service department)
Job description:
- Get detailed brief from client
- Setup full proposal; creative idea, plan & budget.
- Select staff meeting project criteria.
- Regular market visits to ensure project execution as per the brief
- Monitor competitive brands & report to client

- Brief or assist client in briefing staff
- Coordinate with HR, execution & production to gather all project requirements; budgeting, planning & implementation & follow up on every single detail.
- Plan & coordinate project launch
- Send regular reports daily or weekly
- Collect data & send regular feedback & closing reports; analysis, sales & recommendation.
- Serve as client advocate internally and externally
- Keep good friendly relationship with client
- Prompt reply to clients requests and emails
Qualifications:
- English has to be fluent (has to be a language school grad).
- Should be nice, patient, hard worker, ambitious & presentable.
- Should accept working with flexible hours & in weekends.
Working Hours:
- From Sunday to Thursday (10:00 am – 06:00 pm)
- Days Off: Friday & Saturday
